Tuition Payment Policies and Procedures

You may pay class fees semi-annually or yearly. Tuition is due on the first Monday of each new semester.

Semi-Annually:

1st semester tuition due – $100 due for each class
2nd semester tuition due – $100 due for each class

Yearly:

Yearly tuition due – $200 due for each class

PLEASE WRITE YOUR STUDENT’S NAME & NAME OF CLASS IN MEMO SECTION OF YOUR CHECK. WITHOUT YOUR STUDENT’S NAME AND CLASS INFORMATION ON THE CHECK, IT IS DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR; THE TUTOR MUST HAVE THAT DATA.

You may write a single check to an individual tutor for all the classes your student takes with that particular tutor. For example, if your student takes multiple classes from Mr. Grissom, you may write a single check to Mr. Grissom for all of the classes, but you must mention the student’s name and the name of each class in the memo section of your check. If you have more than one student taking classes with the same tutor, please write separate checks for each student to the tutor.

In case of withdrawal, tuition will be refunded for all subsequent quarters. Tuition for current quarter of withdrawal will be refunded on a prorated basis minus a $5.00 postage and handling fee per course.

Some tutor specific information:

If your student has Mr. Henderson or Dr. John as a tutor, please make those checks payable to Mars Hill. However, please write individual checks for each tutor, again listing your student’s name and class information on the check. For example, if your student has Mr. Henderson and Dr. John for class, you need to write 2 different checks to Mars Hill listing your student’s name and class in the memo section of each check.
