Course Description

This course is designed to teach students the foundations of the Spanish language. This course will give students an opportunity to gain understanding of Spanish and Latin American cultures, connect relationally with the youth of Ayutla Christian Fellowship in Mexico, and of course develop a working knowledge of the Spanish language. At the end of this course, students should be ready to move on to Spanish 2.

Language learning involves four domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This course will give students practice in these four domains in the Spanish language.

Language learning can be a difficult process. In order to help students be successful in learning introductory Spanish, online resources will be posted on the website periodically to assist with listening and speaking.
